Please follow the instructions for documents in category 2 and/or 3 only.

Submissions of category 2 papers must be anonymous.
Submissions of category 3 abstracts must not be anonymous and must be in final camera-ready format.

Papers will be printed in black and white. There will be a small section for color plates at the end of the proceedings, limited to one color plate page per long (category 2) paper.
